You can defenitly work through the program even if you're not experiencing anxiety. Knowledge is power, use the information and suggestions provided as guidance.

Do you get regular exercise in during the day? It may help to make you a little more sleepy at night. You can also try doing some relaxation exercises like Yoga or meditation.

Sometimes it takes a few trial runs before you find what works best for you. In the mean time, keep a journal of your throughts and feelings, this may help in the future to find clairity and to move forward.
