Would like to hear people´s thoughts from starting the program :)

Hi everyone,

I've just signed up today for the program, and I'm wondering if anyone here already a member has seen any improvement from carrying it out. I have read the first session and I can admit it looks more of a help than anything I've seen on the net so far, so feeling optimistic! Hope to hear from you all Xo

Hi all, thanks for getting back to me. Hopefully it works for me, really eager to do it. Been suffering from anxiety for the past two and a half years and it just gets too much. Have been to docs numerous times, got prescribed medication but I feel that just hides the symptoms and isn't helping me to deal with it at all.

Sharing Your Journey!

That's great Cheryl thanks for sharing. I hope you reach your destination too! Most people that are close to me are aware that I am suffering from bad anxiety, however It always seems to me that they just don't quite get it. I haven't actually met anyone who suffers from anxiety like I do and can relate with my experience of it, that's why it's so encouraging to hear from all of you to make me aware that it is a common illness and it can be overcome. I find being a Christian I learn to lean on God and call upon his help, knowing he understands me completely gives me a sense of peace about it all.
