I sometimes wave to the others in traffic and smile... when we are moving at 5 km/hr. Some think me crazy and don't try to cut me off :p and others smile and think it funny... Usually my car in traffic is the only time I get to Listen to MY music at MY volume. My kids have different tastes and my husbands likes talk-radio.

Are often caught in traffic? On commutes that are long? Are you running lots of errands? One great way to encourage positive thoughts is to bring along some cut-up vegetables or small, portioned amounts of healthy snacks, to keep your mouth occupied and keep you focused. Bring along your favorite CD, and make a stop that involves doing something nice for you. It doesn’t have to be a negative experience and members can help you get through it, by sharing their experiences. Brenna, Bilingual Health Educator
